Are you tired of one-word answers, sighs, and arguments?

Do you want to bridge the gulf between you and your teen, and start to really understand and relate to each other?

Then this book is exactly what you are looking for.

Written by a real parent for real parents, “Help Me With My Teenager! A Step-by-Step Guide for Parents that Works” is specifically aimed at helping parents build a better relationship with their teenage children. Right now!

Unlike most “parenting your teen” tomes, this isn’t a book written by some psychologist telling you how to be a parent – you already know how to do that. Instead, this is a book written to help you better understand and relate to your teen.

Author Christina Botto is a single mother to two teens, and is also a highly sought-after parent/teen mediator. And she writes with a clear purpose – to help parents just like you.

Her book is filled with strategies and useful “real world” advice that you can put to use today. By knowing what moves and motivates your teen, you will end your frustration and start to build a mutually supportive and respectful relationship with your teenager - and still be in charge.

About the Book

Written in an easy-to-read manner, “Help Me With My Teenager! A Step-by-Step Guide for Parents that Works” dives right into solutions without making you jump through impossible hoops to get results.

Understanding why teenagers behave the way they do and what motivates them

How to successfully engage teenagers in conversation that will open the lines of communication

How to help teens smoothly transition from a child to a young adult

How to remain active in a teen’s life - without being seen as obtrusive

How to set limits and boundaries in a way that teenagers will accept them

Being a teenager today is much different than it was just twenty short years ago. What motivated you as a teen may not necessarily motivate your teenage children. That’s why a depth of understanding is essential - once you understand where your teen is coming from and why they do what they do, it becomes much easier to relate to them (and they to you.)

In addition, you, being the adult, are the one that will need to take the step. There are precious few “how to relate to your parents” books out there (and no teen worth their salt would read them anyway.)

Teenagers have their own world, and their own culture.
And it’s very different than the one you remember.

Here are just a few strategies the
book covers in detail…

Understand how your teenager feels

Developing a clear picture of how to approach your teenager to get the results you want

Keep your teen talking (and not arguing)

Giving your teenager room to grow

Where/how to start giving your teenager some responsibility

Protect your teenager without being overprotective (vital!)

Get to know his or her friends without being seen as an embarrassment to your teen

Prepare him or her for the freedom of the driver’s license (a big step)

Set limits that your teenager will accept and which he or she will be happy to adhere to

Be in control without being seen as controlling

Fresh ideas and examples on spending time with and enjoying your teen (done correctly, they will want to spend time with you, and you won’t be in such a hurry to have them move out!)

The strategies presented by Botto are not difficult to implement. They are also not “highbrow” in any way - This is “real” advice for “real” people. And it’s advice that works.

Free M Banking: That is right I did say Tidal, the surge, the swell, the dominating force of banking in the near future. The sound of a trillion dollars is somewhat overwhelming. Multiply that by 15 and you have the current volume of E Commerce, the volume of money transferred every year by internet: paypal, click bank, Google Merchant Accounts, Amazon, etc.

Come along Morgan Stanley, the financial wizard of Wall Street with the prediction that M commerce will out blast E Commerce by at least 10 times. 150 Trillion Dollars – start counting!

M Commerce is simply the transfer of money from one mobile device to another be it cell phone, PDA, or other wireless device that might still be devised in the decade. Two phenomenon that Immediately come into play that will make the banking system go Mobile are first, Cell phones sales are 10 times the volume of computer sales, giving an immediate boost to the number of people that can make money transfers. And secondly and most important money can be transferred from any location to any location not limited to ATMs, Banks, Computers, Western Union and Postal Money Services at a handsome service fee.

The ease of transition into this service is unparalleled because of its adaptation of any cell phone and any wireless service. Whether you are purchasing an airline ticket, a hotel room, a rental car, a movie ticket or a cart full of groceries, your cell phone will handle it. Not only that but a day or so later you can check back through your phone and make sure you purchased the T bone you wanted for the week end. Have you ever tried juggling 2, 3 or 4 credit cards a debit card or two? Your Cell phone has access to each one of these accounts and you can immediately access the status of any of your accounts.

ATMS will be a thing of the past. Have you ever groaned, needing a quick $10 and had to pay $1.50 for the transaction? Now you will not only not pay the user fee but you will recoup a percent of not only your own transaction but a percent of user transactions for every one you have given an M Banking or M Commerce Self Banking system away to. So if you give one of our systems to your uncle’s aunt’s cousin’s kitten and she purchases cat food – yes you will get a small percent of that transaction in your own bank account.

Now you are wondering how secure your banking information is on something as accessible as a cell phone. Actually your data is not available to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Your information is simply not there for anyone to access. It is yours and yours only. If you lose your phone there is no data in it that can harm your bank account. The sophisticated circuitry in your little gadget does not hold any information that can be accessed by anyone. The only danger of a lost cell phone would be that you could rack up some hefty phone bills but it will not affect your bank account in any way other than the phone bill which would be worth canceling as fast as possible anyway. So other than your phone bill your bank is totally safe and secure!

Let me summarize quickly a few advantages of this system.

Advantages to you:

Purchase items using your phone

Send money to family or friends at a fraction of the cost .10/transaction

No Credit No Problem everyone is pre approved

Receive Cash back rewards at participating merchants (Bank you just lucked out!)

Advantages to Merchants:

Lower Rates as low as 0.5%

Green Solution – No more receipts

No Charge Back – Guaranteed

Instant Depositing – no more waiting for refunds

Refer Customers into our program and get paid

So how do I get into the Financial Tidal Wave of the Future? What does it Cost?

I will give you a free system today. Yes it is yours and no you do not have to pay me anything.

It gets better!

When you receive your website like the one you just signed up through – you can give it away and you will receive – from my corporation - $100 for everyone you sign up for FREE.

Consider all the transactions that will be made in the future – yes you will get a tiny percent of that transaction not only from all the people you have given this away too but from all they people they have given a system away to as well. Sound Fair? Be my Guest!

Other Perks? I will save those for later!

Oh yes – still in doubt? Do a Google search on “M Commerce”

http://www.freembanking.com

“I want to say also that this may be the last day I’m ever involved in a campaign of this kind. I thought I was out of politics, ’til Hillary decided to run. But it has been, one of the greatest honors of my life to go around and campaign for her for president,” said Clinton as he began his speech.

It was certainly not a long thought - nor something he seemed to want to dwell on. But for a man who has rarely shown even an inkling of defeat in the past year, even uttering the words says a lot.

Como is a charming town in Northern Italy. Adjacent to the facade of the Cathedral, the Broletto is an old communal palace built in the 13C and made up of an arcaded ground floor and an upper floor decorated with windows with three openings.

Started in the late 14th century, completed in the Renaissance and crowned with an 18C dome by Juvara, the Como Cathedral has a remarkable face decorated with exceptional technical skill by the Rodari brothers who also decorated the North Portal, called “the frog’s portal”. The solemn Gothic interior is decorated in the Renaissance style: tapestries, paintings by Bernardino Luini and Gaudenzio Ferrari, and a moving Deposition, sculpted by Tommaso Rodari.

The Saint-Fedele Church is decorated with a curious portal in the apse embellished by beautiful carvings. On the inside, which has three naves, do not miss the superb polygonal Romanesque chancel, which is flanked by absidioles and emphasised by two rows of arcades.

The S. Abbondio Basilica is a masterpiece of Romanesque Lombard architecture, consecrated in 1093, and has a front that is sober and noble fronted by a beautiful portal. On the inside, which has 5 naves, there is a magnificent collection of 14th century frescoes evoking the life of Christ.

Maggiore, Orta, Como, Iseo and Garda are all legends in their own right. Of glacial origins, these long, narrow expanses of water stretch out from Piedmont to Venetia and from Switzerland to Trentino at the foothills of the Lombardy Alps. The climate is mild and the landscape of blue waters and towering peaks is particularly pleasing. It is impossible to resist the charm of these Alpine and southern landscapes, the shores of which are lined in opulent villas set in superb gardens and tiny fishing harbours.

Italians are good at custom luxuries. At Alfa Romeo, the Italian motor car manufacturer, they play a nostalgic tune to reaffirm a sporting identity lost a long time ago. The alfists whose passion survived so many decades started to despair to see one day the 8C Competizione passing from a motor show dream to luxury reality. In spite of excuses due to the financial standing of the group FIAT, Alfa Romeo finally obtained, in March 2006, the green light to make this 2-seater reviving its sporting tradition.

That was worth the patience, because, since the marginal RZ of the beginning of the Nineties, one doubted the aptitude of the Italians to revive the virus of the alfists.

Car lovers were prompt to show their passion towards the power of the V8, developed in Maranello and concealed under a carbon skin. During the Paris Motor Show in 2006, where the Italian diva played the stars behind a glass, Alfa Romeo received more than 1,000 orders. This car is produced in limited numbers at Maserati, in Modena, at a rate of two units per day.

The 8C Competizione carries quotations and references to the cult Alfa models. If the name pays a vibrant homage to the famous 8C of twenties Zagato, the silhouette reminds of a little Giulia TZ in the grill, and of the 33 Stradale of 1967 designed by Franco Scaglione.

To place side by side the model and its copy, separated by forty years, causes a shock. As much the original is frail and tiny (39 inches high), as much the modern and round 8C appears to raise of another scale. The style deserves praises to have made a success of the challenge to preserve the purity of the engineering draft of 2003. The engineers had to meet this requirement at the time to graft a strongly shortened platform of Maserati Quattroporte. This strict 2-seater succeeds in putting a large V8 in front central position, with the gearbox at the back in order to guarantee an almost ideal distribution of the masses (49 % at the front, 51 % at the back).

The excitement is full when, after having started 286ci V8 which delivers 450 HP, one presses on the “sport” button located on the central console. The V8 thunders with a musical aggressiveness. The steering is of a total precision, and the brakes oversized.

In addition to a call center dedicated to the beast, Alfa offers to the 500 owners to carry out a training course (US$12,000) and a multitude of custom equipment: custom paint (US$22,000), braided or granulated leather (US$3,000) matched with specific seams (US$500), custom brake color (US$1,500), plate “500 Limited Edition” with the owner’s name (US$800) and a set of luggage (US$5,000) coordinated with the car’s upholstery. Especially designed to occupy the rear space, the latter is strongly recommended.

Enthusiastic with the success of the 8C, Alfa Romeo now plans to produce a spider version limited to 500 numbered units. But not before 2009 and the return of the Quadrifoglio on the North-American continent.

Definitive Best-Relationship-Advice on Barack Obama becoming U. S. President

Today is Wednesday, February 6, 2008, the day after the Super Tuesday — the single biggest U. S. presidential primary day.

Notwithstanding the fact that so far neither Senator Hillary Clinton nor Senator Barack Obama could proclaim the victory of the presidential primaries after the Super Tuesday, Best-Relationship-Advice is, however, prepared to make a bold and definitive advice that the now Senator Obama will become President-elect at the end of 2008.

Barack Obama will not only prevail the presidential primaries of the U. S. Democratic Party but also advance to enthrone to the White House becoming the forty-fourth President of the United States. He is making history in the presidency of the United States of America – the first non-white ethnic President of the World’s Super Power. What “An American Dream!”

It has to make clear that Relationship Adviser is not American. He is not a member of or an affiliate to any political party – he does not have a slightest interest in politics. He is not a psychic either.

This piece of definitive advice is not fortune-telling based on horoscope or psychic power, as most fortune-telling always gives equivocal answers which are largely subject to interpretations after the event to its favor. The advice is like when a traveller books a plane flying from New York to Paris on a certain day with a certain flight time, he or she would be foretold the scheduled time of arrival in Paris on that particular day. When he or she actually takes the flight and onboard the plane, he or she would almost certain that the plane will get to Paris at about the ETA — estimated time of arrival — foretold by the Captain. At the end of the journey, the plane would actually get there at about that foretold ETA.

This seems exceedingly natural nowadays but not before May 21, 1927 when The Spirit of St. Louis was flown by Charles Lindbergh which made the first non-stop solo transatlantic flight from New York to Paris.

The above analogy is most apparent and easily understood but not the advice on the outcome of a weighty presidential election campaign.

Most people would certainly be extremely skeptical about the credibility of Best-Relationship-Advice, but time will soon prove the stunning accuracy of Best-Relationship-Advice which relies on meticulous calculation and not on guesswork. After all, extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof.

Best-Relationship-Advice is intended for people who are very serious about making decisions of significant consequence, and today this piece of bold and definitive advice is monumental to demonstrate how credible it is.

Best-Relationship-Advice is unprecedented, definitive and invaluable for those seeking for right directions in order to make right decisions, not only in love and marriage relationships.

Rome is usually associated with arts, antiquity and culture. However its natural environment is the very reason of its existence in its spot: Rome was established there because of convenient water, game and crop supply. The city now presents a new attraction focusing on native nature and wildlife, to marry culture and nature.

A group of itineraries has recently been opened to the public to showcase the Rome coastal land. There is an Information Center at the back of the Roman tourist Port, in Ostia Ponente, and the reserve’s attractions are environments having various salinity levels. Several dry and wet micro-ecosystems hosting various micro organisms in a common area are quite a stunning and unexpected attraction near the city of Rome.

The Center is in the heart of the National State Rome Coastal Area Reserve and walking tours can be quite a learning experience there: wet environments, a fresh water lake and salt water inlets are encircled and sheltered by sand dunes. Visitors have a lookout and admire the pond from bird watching shelters. These shelters were placed on the walkways so that visitors could have an opportunity to spot the animal life. There are more than 200 species in this ecosystem, including duck-hawks, dabchicks, red herons, and bitterns.

The Center has more than 50 acres. It offers learning facilities. A new museum is planned as well. More natural areas will also be prepared for visitors: swamps and forests. The vegetation is representative of the Mediterranean dry bush land, but also offers variety in the form of cane, sea squill thickets, reed, reed mace, samphire, willows and poplars, typical of swampy land, which have seeded here spontaneously when that coastal area was still a huge swampland.

This is quite an improvement, since the area was previously an open-air garbage dump. Man’s intervention gave a hand to nature here and recreated the area as it looked over 100 years ago. A 27 acre lake hosting over 200 bird species is already popular with nature enthusiasts. Visitors can come to this paradise following natural paths and bridges, reaching bird watching shelters from where they can spot the numerous bird species without disturbing them. The area is still being expanded and another salt water lake is currently being prepared to complement the fresh water lake already there. The nature areas are being expanded further. The facility is designed both for adults and kids to develop their interest in nature, or just for curious visitors who are not yet acquainted with nature and wildlife spotting.

This reclaimed coastal swamp area has more than 27 acres including all water areas and islands. The walkway is only the first step of the reclaiming of that nature area. It will soon also offer a museum and a learning center. The management has focused on young people who can enjoy the Center and offer guided tours for schools. The general public can also see the Center every Saturday morning or Sunday, with a free entry, and take advantage of interesting thematic guided tours. The Center will also have a Literary Garden dedicated to the memory of Pier Paolo Pasolini, a novelist, stage and film director; he had died in this very place. This Literary garden has been recently inserted in a larger and more ambitious Literary Park project.

The Pier Paolo Pasolini Garden is the last link between culture and nature, to bind these two Italian beauties together forever. After all, Italy offers more than arts and antiques; natural history is definitely not to be neglected and will appeal to many local and foreign tourists.

The Prosecco Val d’Oca, the best production of the Wine cellar Producers of Valdobbiadene, just north of Venice, Italy, leaves its vineyards and cellars on a promotional tour. This sparkling wine is on the menu of the world’s finest restaurants. It has a creamy substance, a perfect relation taste-smell, and an austere elegance. It goes as pre-dinner drink and is also pleasant with fish or crustaceans.

From Florence to Genova, from Viareggio to Pescara, the tour of the Prosecco Val d’Oca will visit various cities in order to satisfy the curiosity of many enthusiasts of this symbol of the Italian lifestyle. The five stops of the tour include the best wine cellars and wine-bars of central Italy, tastings of regional products, the Prosecco Millesimato (vintage wine) and the new Historical Uvaggio, extra dry sparkling wine that uses ancient varieties like Verdiso, Perera and Bianchetta Trevigiana.

With a production of 40,000 bottles, Historical Uvaggio is a product that marks a return to the past and to the rediscovery of a production method handed on for generations, yet reviewed in a modern way. As an art work the Prosecco Val d’Oca will be appreciated by all connoisseurs. It will be a bubbly debut that will see in some cases the extraordinary participation of local fine chefs.

There is side by side a promotional tour and an advertising campaign. “The idea of the tour has come to us when thinking of the Prosecco like of a world-famous star. It comes universally recognized as a symbol of conviviality and friendship” - asserts Aldo Franchi, director of the Wine cellar Producers.

The itinerary of this tour will be set in the smallest details: from the choice of the location to the communication, from the selection of guests to that of wines. After a positive budget in 2007 that has recorded a turnover in increase from 18.5 million to 21.5 million euro, and an increase of 29% in export and 13% in Italy, the Wine cellar Producers of Valdobbiadene invest hours in the promotion and the image of their products. Of course that is without neglecting the quality, which holds the first priority in the business philosophy.

The Wine cellars of Valdobbiadene - Val d’Oca collect and transform annually approximately 8000 tons of grape. Approximately 90% of such production is represented from white grapes of which the grape Prosecco represents 90%. Therefore all the technology of the company is committed to obtaining optimal bases for sparkling wines or frizzanti. At the moment of the reception of the grapes (generally September), officials assess the content of sugars and acids, in order to establish the qualitative parameters.
